We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of the clients, candidates, and website visitors we engage with. • Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
• Candidate and client data. In the course of search engagements we may process CVs, professional history, references, and related information supplied by you or from professional sources.
• Automatically collected data. When you visit our website we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referral source, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide our search, recruitment, and advisory services.
• To match candidates with relevant roles and manage client mandates.
• To measure and improve our website and marketing, including advertising performance.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
