These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vitalé website at vitale-consulting.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Vitalé

Vitalé is a boutique executive search and technology recruitment consultancy headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and operating across the GCC and internationally. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Vitalé.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

3. Enquiries

Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or engagement between you and Vitalé. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
